Public Blockchain Data
Public blockchains are transparent and generally immutable. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, NFT ownership, token balances, votes, claims, mints, burns, transfers, listings and other on-chain events may be publicly accessible, copied, indexed, analyzed and retained by third parties outside our control.
We cannot delete, alter or hide public blockchain records. Requests to delete personal information do not apply to public blockchain data that GNF does not control.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, our legal bases may include:
contract: to provide the Platform and enforce our Terms;
legitimate interests: to secure, improve, analyze, market and operate the Platform and prevent fraud or abuse;
consent: where required for certain cookies, marketing or optional features;
legal obligation: to comply with laws, sanctions rules, court orders, tax obligations and regulatory requests;
vital or public interests where applicable in exceptional safety or security situations.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, support security and protect legal rights.
Retention periods vary by data type. For example, support records, transaction logs, compliance records, payment records, sanctions checks, security logs and accounting records may be retained longer than ordinary session data. Public blockchain data may persist indefinitely outside our control.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that information, wallets, accounts, blockchains, smart contracts, third-party services or transmissions will be secure or error-free.
You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, passwords, browser extensions and communications.

If GNF becomes subject to a specific state privacy law threshold, we will provide required supplemental notices, including categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, disclosures, retention periods and opt-out methods.
